wOMEN oNLY BOOTCAMP SESSIONS
Boot camp training sessions are a wide variety of different training including lifting weights/objects, pulling up bars, pushups, crunches plyometric training and various types of intense explosive routines. Many other exercises using weights and/or bodyweight, similar to CrossFit routines, are used to lose body fat increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.
A great way to start is to take part in my 6 week challenge which consists of both training programme and nutrition support and accountability. We usually train outside at the moment we are training online. The challenge is now 4 weeks at the moment.
